better than mine I think. No ulna nerve issues.
Andy arriving in Hay with clippy peddles
Deciding not to cycle to Lampeter from Aberystwyth on Saturday night.
The image of Martin in passenger seat of the very nice man who rescued
him, with Martin still wearing his helmet.
Thursday night laughing about Martin's accident.
Martin being beeped 10k into the first day.
Woody and Mike becoming fashion victims, and worrying what to wear on
our evening out in Aber. But worse criticising my choice.
Jacket potato and beans in very nice cafe in Llandovery.
Great scenary, and seeing some new bits. Wales is a gorgeous place.
Some of the hills.
Best road for speed - Llandovery to Brecon.
First beer of the evening
The guy stepping out into the road without so much as a glance, and

Worst Bits:
Losing Martin to a terrible crash. We had no one to talk about or
abuse. Ended up having to fill the void, so Woody moaned, Mike "had
problems with his gears" on Sunday afternoon, I ate Mike's leftover
tomato.
Some of the hills.
I think Mike and Woody would add climb over the Beacons above Talybont
reservoir.
2am Thursday morning with rear brakes in bits.
5am Thursday morning with door bell waking me up.
