01:00 give up and transfer bits off my bike to Karen's

05:00 door bell goes, I'm still asleep in bed
05:05 shuvle porridge down neck
05;15 we're off
05:16 stop to adjust saddle
05:17 stop again to adjust sadlle
05:18 OK, now we're off
But no clippy peddles - nightmare.
