Martin looking good this morning. Arm a bit stiff, but able to move
it. Leg sore from sliding along the road. But in good humour.
Another long day ahead 160k (100 miles) moreorless.
Maybe Woody will be able to contribute today. Will he have a spasm and
go off too fast too soon?
